Pretty Close to Zen Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is to make pets happy, and by extension to make pet parents happy too! We stand behind the products we carry. Providing great products and delivering exceptional customer care allows CB Pet Market to stand apart. One way we achieve this is with our pretty close to Zen Return Policy. 

We will refund most any store purchase within 45 days, provided the product is returned in new and resalable condition, and is accompanied by a receipt*. We will do our best to be honorable and fair, for all other returns. Certain categories of products do have specific return provisions- this does not necessarily mean that returning them will be less Zen. 

Pet Food Satisfaction Guarantee: If your pet does adapt to or tolerate a pet food you have purchased, you are welcome to return the bag within 30 days of purchase for a refund or to exchange the pet food for a different formula/variety. There are many options to choose from in our stores and we can return/exchange as many bags as needed until you and your pet find the perfect food. 

Treats: Unopened packages of treats in resalable condition can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase, for a refund or an exchange. As part of our satisfaction guarantee, treats which have been opened- but not enjoyed by your pet may be exchanged or a store credit issued. 

Body Parts and Chews: Wrapped body parts can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are in the original packaging and are in new and resalable condition. We will not in good conscience resell any unwrapped or individual body part that is returned to us. We will offer an exchange or store credit for a recently purchased individual unwrapped body part that you return to us. We kindly ask that you not return any body parts that have been chewed, but not fully consumed by your pet unless there was a defect or a concern with the body part. 

Toys: There Is No Indestructible Pet Toy! Toys are meant to be enjoyed by our pets. Sometimes that means they only genuinely enjoy them while they destroy them. You are welcome to return a toy that is in new and resalable condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Ripped and chewed toys do not qualify for a refund/exchange or credit. The toy may not be defective; you just might have purchased the wrong “type” of toy for your pet. We will be happy to help you select a toy that may be more appropriate and will offer you a 25% discount of the purchase of new toy to replace the destroyed toy. 

Supplements: The manufacturers of the supplement brands we carry stand wholeheartedly behind their products. CB Pet Market is authorized to provide a full refund on all supplement returns. It may take time to achieve a therapeutic benefit in your pet, unless your pet experiences an adverse reaction, follow the manufacturer's daily dosing instructions for the prescribed time, before returning the supplement for a refund. We will provide a refund if the container is returned open, used, or empty. Supplements can be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase, in the event the intended therapeutic benefit is not achieved. 

Custom or Personalized Items: We will gladly provide an exchange in the event a custom or personalized item was produced incorrectly. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Holiday/Seasonal and Sale Items: Sale items are non-returnable. Holiday ad Seasonal items can only be returned in the event they are defective.

*Champion Club Members do not need a receipt to return items.
