14 months ago, my Cooper needed his spleen removed due to blood cancer which created a lot of tumors. It was a total shock when we were told as I brought him in for an orthopedic issue. I stayed home with him for a month nursing him back to health. Coopers son, Alfie, was groomed already at another place but due to the timing of coopers healing and the information that he wasn’t expected to survive more than a few months, he was a hairy mess. Not really sure who was in worse shape…him or me. I didn’t want to put him through the stress of going to the groomer he hated. At the time, I believe CB bought out the grooming facility in Martinsville which is where we live. I popped in, distraught, and through my tears explained the terrible situation that my 12 year old love bug was experiencing. I explained that Alfie was recently groomed but my boys travel as a team. I’m certain they thought I was nuts but with love and understanding, they reassured me that they would handle Cooper with kid gloves and Alfie was welcome to come hang out while they provided the service. They are very busy but they opened early for me, took both of my dogs, and did a fabulous job! I can not express how, in my time of great desperation, they were so kind to me. In a world of craziness, it was wonderful to find exceptional people. We have been going back every six weeks since. Cooper & Alfie are in amazing hands. Wonderful experience with a breed that is new to me as he was an "owner surrender" due to medical problems. The groomer did a great job and gave me a lot of good tips on how to care for his type of coat. She could not have been more patient and lovely. I will definitely bring him back for grooming in the future.

Excellent service!!! Took my Akita who doesnt like to be bathed there today. They took the lease from me and wallah a couple hours later I picked him up squeaky clean. They really know how to handle dogs.Which is a must with this bred. Six Stars!!!!

It’s been a while since we’ve taken our mini Goldendoodle puppy to the groomer and Ariel was amazing and very patient with Marley. The cut came out really nice and I can tell they have a true care for and love for pets. We will be going back for sure!

Took our puppy here for his first grooming experience. He looked so handsome afterwards! Ariel made sure he was comfortable and worked at his pace to give him a nice bath, blow dry, and trim around his face/paws. We will definitely be back for all of his future grooming visits!
