I was in need of Zymox for my dog who is showing signs of an ear infection. The Clinton store had no inventory. The store manager called the Washington store and confirmed they had the product. A few hrs later, I received a call that a bottle of Zymox was waiting for me at the Clinton store. I have always been fond of this store as the employees are always super nice and helpful. But I am even more impressed now! The manager/staff went out of their way to get this product in my hands TODAY so I could help my dog. A wonderful example of great customer service!! Thank you so much!

I was lucky not to be waited on Nicole who definitely knew products and advise me how to go for my dog that has arthritis. Nicole is wonderful very knowledgeable and very sweet.
