That experience alone made me a loyal customer. Since then, every visit has been consistently positive. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. Dave, Alex, and Mary are super friendly, polite, and professional! This pet shop is a cross between a boutique and a holistic pet health food store. I've shopped there for years and drive a half hr from Staten Island to get there. A truly unique shop for pet owners / lovers who want to spoil and provide the best nutritional foods for our furry friends!!!
