Why did you change your name?

Out with the old, in with the new - we rebranded! Our new branding, CB Pet Market, allows us to focus solely on our retail market. We have streamlined our services to just our stores and grooming salons so that pet parents can find everything they need in one easy stop-and-shop location. But don’t worry! Our mission hasn’t changed. We’re still 100% committed to providing pet lovers with the wholesome pet essentials our best friends need—including species-appropriate nutrition, health and wellness supplements and toys that provide playful stimulation. Cherrybrook Pet Supplies will continue to serve the needs of the grooming and show dog community both at dog shows and through its online presence. As we launch our new look, please keep in mind that change for the better is always good. And this change is definitely for the better. Where are your retail locations?

CB Pet Market has five retail stores located in Bedminster NJ, Clinton NJ, Garwood NJ, Livingston NJ, and Washington NJ. Please visit our CB Pet Markets Stores page for store hours and directions.

Are Gift Certificates available?

Don't know what to order for that friend or special someone that may be difficult to buy for? CB Pet Market Gift Cards are available in any denomination. The perfect size for any animal lover! CB Pet Market Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of our Retail Store Locations or on this site.

What methods are available to place orders?

Customers may place an order in our retail stores or place an order on this site for curbside pickup.

What Payment Options are available?

All orders must be prepaid. Sorry, no C.O.D.

Credit card:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please include expiration date, name as it appears on the card and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card.

Check or Money Orders: Orders being paid by check can be held for up to 10 business days until the check clears.

Do you "sell" my name or address information?

CB Pet Market takes pride in protecting our customer's privacy by not selling our mailing list or e-mail list. You can feel confident that your name will not be entered into a barrage of databases when you do business with us.

What is CB Pet Market's Website Cookies Policy?

Enabling your browser's cookies setting is required while shopping on the CB Pet Market website. This cookie information is used to maintain the shopping cart in a session. Normally this type of cookie (session cookie) will be removed from computer memory as soon as your browser is closed. CB Pet Market does not use cookies to store security-sensitive information such as E-mail address, User ID, password, and credit card number. Typographical Errors and Inaccuracies

This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Cbpetmarket.com therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pretty Close to Zen Return Policy 

Our ultimate goal is to make pets happy, and by extension to make pet parents happy too! We stand behind the products we carry. Providing great products and delivering exceptional customer care allows CB Pet Market to stand apart. One way we achieve this is with our pretty close to Zen Return Policy.  

We will refund most any store purchase within 45 days, provided the product is returned in new and resalable condition, and is accompanied by a receipt*. We will do our best to be honorable and fair, for all other returns. Certain categories of products do have specific return provisions- this does not necessarily mean that returning them will be less Zen.  

Pet Food Satisfaction Guarantee: If your pet does adapt to or tolerate a pet food you have purchased, you are welcome to return the bag within 30 days of purchase for a refund or to exchange the pet food for a different formula/variety. There are many options to choose from in our stores and we can return/exchange as many bags as needed until you and your pet find the perfect food.  

Treats: Unopened packages of treats in resalable condition can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase, for a refund or an exchange. As part of our satisfaction guarantee, treats which have been opened- but not enjoyed by your pet may be exchanged or a store credit issued.  

Body Parts and Chews: Wrapped body parts can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are in the original packaging and are in new and resalable condition. We will not in good conscience resell any unwrapped or individual body part that is returned to us. We will offer an exchange or store credit for a recently purchased individual unwrapped body part that you return to us. We kindly ask that you not return any body parts that have been chewed, but not fully consumed by your pet unless there was a defect or a concern with the body part. 

Toys: There Is No Indestructible Pet Toy! Toys are meant to be enjoyed by our pets. Sometimes that means they only genuinely enjoy them while they destroy them. You are welcome to return a toy that is in new and resalable condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Ripped and chewed toys do not qualify for a refund/exchange or credit. The toy may not be defective; you just might have purchased the wrong “type” of toy for your pet. We will be happy to help you select a toy that may be more appropriate and will offer you a 25% discount of the purchase of new toy to replace the destroyed toy.  

Supplements: The manufacturers of the supplement brands we carry stand wholeheartedly behind their products. CB Pet Market is authorized to provide a full refund on all supplement returns. It may take time to achieve a therapeutic benefit in your pet, unless your pet experiences an adverse reaction, follow the manufacturer's daily dosing instructions for the prescribed time, before returning the supplement for a refund. We will provide a refund if the container is returned open, used, or empty. Supplements can be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase, in the event the intended therapeutic benefit is not achieved.  

Custom or Personalized Items: We will gladly provide an exchange in the event a custom or personalized item was produced incorrectly. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded.  

Holiday/Seasonal and Sale Items: Sale items are non-returnable. Holiday ad Seasonal items can only be returned in the event they are defective. 

*Champion Club Members do not need a receipt to return items 

Price Match Policy

CB Pet Market is committed to providing the finest in natural pet foods, pet care products, customer care and VALUE. We do our best to make sure are service and selection is exceptional and our prices are fair. We also understand that you have choices when you are shopping for your pets and we appreciate your loyalty. Therefore, we have established our price match policy.  

CB Pet Market will match most local and national pet specialty retailers * printed in-store advertised prices provided the advertised price is presented by the customer at the time of purchase. Digital images or a printout of the actual advertisement is acceptable. The items purchased must be identical to the item advertised (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)  

We will match internet prices from the following pet specialty websites only:  

  • Petco 

  • Petsmart 

  • Pet Supplies Plus 

We are not able to match prices from Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Jet, Ebay or any third-party seller or marketplace ecommerce sites.  

We cannot match the following types of offers: 

  • Items that require a separate purchase to get the advertised price 

  • Free product promotions 

  • Free gift card promotions 

  • Reward program point promotions 

  • Buy one Get one Free (BOGO) promotions 

  • Going out of business, liquidation, or closeout price sales 

  • Clearance sale price on discontinued or expired merchandise 

  • % Off sale not tied to specific products  

  • Limited time or limited quantity sale offers (ie:  from 4 pm-5pm or while supplies last) 

  • Rebates or mail-in offers   

*Pet specialty retailers are retailers whose sole business is dedicated to the sale of pet supplies. Local pet specialty retailers or chains are located within 15 miles of a CB Pet Market.
