First, let me say thank you. Your continued loyalty and support mean the world to all of us at CB Pet Market, and we are grateful to have you as part of our community. As we continuously seek to improve, we’ve learned that our customers increasingly prioritize lower prices and instant savings over cash back loyalty programs. Therefore, we have made the decision to discontinue the Bonus Bucks component of our Champion Club Rewards program, effective February 15th.
In the spirit of trust and transparency, we want to assure you that we remain committed to enhancing your overall customer care and shopping experience with us. Brick and Morter retailers are increasingly feeling the pressure to be priced competitively with ecommerce giants like Amazon, and Chewy. This requires us to focus on providing the best products at the best prices, and this change helps us achieve that goal.
When we first introduced our Champion Club Reward program, offering cash back was our only way to demonstrate our appreciation to our customers. However, since the introduction of our Champion Club Rewards program, we have added several additional savings programs designed to deliver value to our Champion Club members with every visit to our stores. We now offer:
- Over 50 Different Frequent Buyer Programs: Rewarding loyal customers with free products after qualifying purchases.
- Robust offering of Monthly Sales and Promotions: which provide substantial discounts and exclusive deals on a wide range of products.
- Quantity discounts on many of the treats we sell, and purchases of multiple cans of pet food of the same brand. A feature many of our cat customers genuinely appreciate.
- Petz App Coupons: Providing convenient, digital savings through our mobile app. As well as brand specific cash back rewards on several of our favorite pet brands.
These programs reflect our ongoing commitment to embracing innovative savings programs guaranteeing that you receive excellent value every time you shop with us. In the coming months, we will be working in close partnership with our suppliers and brands to ensure we are offering competitive pricing, exclusive promotions, and curated product selections tailored to your needs and wants. We are also looking to offer new initiatives to bring savings and value to our customers.

If you have unused Bonus Bucks, they will remain valid and redeemable through June 30th.
